GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

For the health and safety of our clients, skincare, makeup, and prescription products are non-returnable. If you receive a defective item or experience an allergic reaction, the product must be returned within 3 business days of purchase for store credit only.

All other retail items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 3 business days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, have a broken seal, or were purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that all return decisions are at the discretion of the owner.

Deposits for services or packages are non-refundable, but they may be applied toward other services or products.

Clients who have prepaid for a service are not eligible for a refund and must use their service before the expiration date provided at the time of purchase.

All service packages, series, and vouchers include an expiration date at purchase and must be redeemed before that date.

PRODUCT RETURN/REFUND POLICY

A 3% surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions. This small fee helps us offset the cost of credit card processing and is equal to or less than the amount we are charged by our payment processor. Please note that this fee does not apply to debit card transactions, which remain free of additional charges.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service in order to stay on time for our other clients. If we are still able to accommodate you, please note that your service may be shortened, and the full service price will still apply. If we are unable to take you when you arrive, a fee equal to 50% of the missed service will be charged to your card.

LATE POLICY

If you miss your appointment without providing prior notice, your credit card will be charged for the full service price. To continue booking with us in the future, you will be required to prepay for all upcoming appointments.

NO-SHOW POLICY

All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This will be applied to the final cost of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Please be mindful when booking, as we hold this spot specially for you and it is extremely hard to fill an appointment with no notice. We do understand emergencies occur and we will address those as needed.
